Exchange Policy 

As per Australian regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for personal intimate hygiene products. However, at Salt & Sage, we recognise the individuality in sizing and acknowledge that sizing charts serve as general guidance. 

We are happy to facilitate size exchanges, under the condition that swimwear has only been tried on over clean underwear and remains unwashed and unworn with hygiene sticker in place. To initiate an exchange, contact us at info@saltandsageswimwear.com 

Items must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Please do not DM us on our socials as these messages are hard to keep track of. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to exchange.. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will post out your exchanged item for FREE important to note that we provide complimentary shipping coverage for one instance only per order.
