Looks good but not tight enough

My daughter loves the look of these but they weren't tight enough at the waist and the first time she wore them they filled with water, which wouldn't drain out the leg holes so a bit embarrassing! Possibly going down a size might help? They do look nice and nicely made

Amazing quality! Thick strong Lycra, fully lined. Not yet worn as they are a present for my daughter. Exceeds expectation for quality. I will be looking if there’s adult sizes for myself!
